THIS PROMOTION IS OFFERED ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES (excluding ineligible states). NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY, AND TOUR PARTICIPATION IS NOT REQUIRED. VOID WHERE RESTRICTED OR PROHIBITED BY LAW.

  1. TO ENTER: Promotion begins January 1st 2019 and ends December 31st 2019. Official contest rules are available at participating TN Marketing sales centers. There are multiple ways to enter this drawing.  The methods are as follows: 1) individuals may visit a TN Marketing sales center and request an entry form, 2) Individuals may fill out entry form, leave it in the entry box which will enter them in the promotional drawing to be conducted as described below prior to the promotion end date, and 3) Entrants may enter the promotion by mailing a 3×5 inch postcard with the date, their name, address, phone number, and annual household income to the address below prior to the promotion end date.  Anyone entering with a postcard or other methods described above give TN Marketing the express permission to contact them about its products / services / promotions and this permission overrides any listing on any federal or state do not call or contact lists.  All information on postcard or entry form must be legible to be eligible.  No Mechanically or other form of reproduced entries will be allowed.  TN Marketing is not responsible for incomplete, lost, stolen, misdirected, damaged, or illegible entries, or address change of entrants.  All entries become property of sponsor and will not be returned.
  2. ELIGIBILITY: To be eligible to participate, entrants must be at least 18 years of age, and a legal resident of the United States. Employees of Sponsor are not eligible.  Participation in this promotion is void where prohibited.  Limit one entry per household.  Grand Prize for referenced prize will be offered at least once for every calendar year.
  3. GRAND PRIZE ODDS OF WINNING: There is a minimum of one grand prize offered per calendar year. At least two grand prizes will be awarded by the end of this promotion (Dec 31st 2019). Sponsor is not responsible for any taxes, or fees with regard to winning the grand prize. The odds of winning the grand prize are dependent on the number of entries.  Purchases do not increase the odds of winning and are not required.
  4. GENERAL: The value of the grand prize is up to $2,500.00. There is no cash value to the grand prize. Entry constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance to the Official Rules. Entries are used for promotional purposes and entrants hereby give their respective permission to be contacted by phone, text, email, or mail for this and other promotions by entering this promotion.  This permission overrides entrant’s listing on any Federal, State or internal do not contact list (DNC).  Should entrant wish to not be contacted via telephone, he or she can contact the sponsor directly at the number provided below and ask to be added to the sponsor’s do not contact list.  Entrant’s agree that the Sponsor, and each of the respective officers, directors, managers, shareholders, employees or other representatives shall not be responsible or liable for damages or losses of any kind resulting from entry to this promotion, acceptance of the prize, or response to any other promotion related to this promotion.  Winner will be notified by telephone or email within 10 days of drawing.  If sponsor is unable to reach winner within a reasonable timeframe from drawing, another winner will be selected.  All applicable federal, state and local laws apply.
  5. WINNER LIST: For a list containing the name(s) of the winner(s), send a stamped self-addressed envelope, to the sponsor at the principle place of business indicated below. Such list will not disclose any personally identifiable, non-public information about the winner.
